CEO SPORTS BUSINESS GOLF LEAGUE 2026

WHERE BUSINESS MEETS THE FAIRWAYS

A new chapter in business golf is about to begin as we introduce to you the inaugural CEO SPORTS BUSINESS GOLF LEAGUE, that brings together businesses from across the region through the game of golf.

The four man team, four-event league will see your business compete at some of Scotland’s finest courses. Event 1 will be hosted at the historic Fraserburgh Golf Club, whilst Event 2 will take us to the stunning highland setting of Kingussie Golf Club. Event 3 will bring a championship test at the highly rated Nairn Dunbar Golf Club, culminating with Event 4 which takes us to Inverness for the highly anticipated Old Petty course at Cabot Highlands. Across the four events, teams will battle for points, pride and a place among the very best in our FINALS DAY. That sets us to return to Inverness to tackle the world renowned Castle Stuart, for those lucky enough to have secured a place.

Only the top team will earn their place at the Grand FInal at Castle Stuart, one of Scotland’s most iconic championship courses. For those who make it, it will be more than just a final, it will be the ultimate reward, and day to remember.

FINALS DAY

FRASERBURGH GOLF CLUB

The world’s 7th oldest golf club founded in 1777, and one of only 18 clubs who can trace their origins back to the 18th century. It was originally a 9 hole layout at Fraserburgh links, relocating to its current location in 1891, whilst enjoying a James Braid re-design in 1922.

This par 70 6318 yard Corbiehill championship course offers golfers of all standards a truly authentic Links Golf Experience.

KINGUSSIE GOLF CLUB

Located in the highlands of Scotland, Kingussie Golf Club affords itself to not one but two of golf’s best known professionals and course architects.

Steeped in golfing history Old Tom Morris and Harry Vardon, who won four and six Open championships respectively, once walked the fairways, placing Kingussie firmly on a pedestal among Scotland’s historic courses.

NAIRN DUNBAR GOLF CLUB

The first recorded mention of playing golf in Nairn was in 1797. A hundred or so years later, and twelve years after the forming of the Nairn Golf Club, a second course in the popular holiday town of Nairn was formed. The ‘Nairn Dunbar’ was opened in 1899 with 9 holes, on pretty much the same area of land as the current course exists today.

Originally designed by James Braid, the course has undergone various modifications over the years to become the 6691 yard par 72, 18 hole Championship Links layout it is today.

OLD PETTY AT CABOT HIGHLANDS

Old Petty, an 18 hole Tom Dock design is an authentic celebration of Inverness’s rich history. Doak’s routing threads its way through a dramatic tidal estuary, where shifting waters, natural dunes and coastal winds shape every hole.

Set against the stunning back drop of the Moray firth and the stunning Old Petty Church, the course promises a modern links experience that feels both bold and timeless. A fitting finale for CEO Sports Business Golf League’s premier event.

CASTLE STUART - FINALS DAY

The journey of the CEO Sports Business Golf League reaches its pinnacle at Castle Stuart Golf Links, one of Scotland’s most celebrated modern championship courses. Overlooking the Moray Firth, this spectacular links, designed by Gillian Hanse and Mark Parsinen, has earned global acclaim for its wide fairways, strategic design and breath taking views.

As host of multiple Scottish Opens, Castle Stuart provides a stage worthy of the league’s very best. Only the top teams from the qualifying events will earn the right to walk these fairways, where the inaugural champions of the CEO Sports Business Golf League will ultimately be crowned.
